The brewery was incorporated in 1984 and produced its first beer in June 1986, it was Capital Brewery Garten Brau Pilsner, now simply called Special Pilsner. The Capital Brewery building in Middleton houses a Brew Haus, Bier Stube, Gift Haus, and warehouse space. In addition, Capital Brewery has a popular outdoor Bier Garten that provides live music and beer for all to enjoy.
