  2. Supposedly a professor, Segue Guy is a man at the University of Wisconsin known for his unique method of transport: an electric segue scooter. He loves to zoom up and down Observatory and Bascom Hills on this scooter, as well as explain to anyone and everyone the workings and the benefits of such a contraption.
