  3. The man's name is Tom Ryan. He is widely referred to as the Orange Guy or the Piccolo Guy. Piccolissimo is the name of his band - they play at the Crystal Corner on the first Sunday of every month at 3:00.

    The other names attributed to him here are not common.

  10. I always knew of him as the orange guy, wearing only orange, and dying his hair. From what I understand it was purple for a years before orange.
