Parthenon Gyros   Add to Favorites   Flag

  1. A popular after bar restaurant on State Street. A few years back they had competition from Zorba's, a Greek gyro restaurant literally across the street. Zorba's closed and is now Takara, a Japanese restaurant. If you want gyros, Parthenon is the place. Keep in mind when ordering, gyro should sound like "euro", no G sound. Use the hard G sound only if you want to look like a tool.

  2. Best gyros I have ever had. WARNING: Be prepared to smell like a gyro for three days. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just something you should be aware of.
