  1. Located on Madison's Westside, Otto's is almost hidden from street view. Housed in a renovated 1870s farmhouse, the restaurant specializes in Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, fresh seafood and steaks. It's especially nice in the summer when the deck is open and jazz musicians play.
