  1. This is the main student union on the UW-Madison campus. It has a theater that shows movies to students at budget prices, a cafeteria that serves alcoholic beverages (the only student union in the country to do that), and has a gorgeous terrace that is one of Madison's top places to hang out and have a drink.

  2. The terrace on Lake Mendota right outside of the Memorial Union. "The Terrace" has a great panoramic view of Lake Mendota and is one of the top hang-outs for UW-Madison students. Weather permitting, the terrace is packed.
