There are benches along the way for a quick pit stop. The entire trail is about 20 miles around, so I usually take a breather or two.

The Rangers are out on patrol this summer. Out in Fitchburg you might get stopped by a Ranger to check your trail pass. You can buy a day pass for $4, or a year pass for $20.
