  1. This is a restaurant, formally called the Angelic Brewing Co. The name has not changed, but they don't have their own microbrew beer anymore. Their brewer left the company to establish his own local beer brand, Ale Asylum, with its own restaurant/brew pub locations.

  4. I read of the closing on CityDictionary, I had to see it myself. I couldn't believe it but the sign on the door says it is closed. How sad.

  5. Formally called the Angelic Brewing Company, "The Angelic" is a former microbrewery that is now just a restaurant and bar that serves Ale Asylum microbrews. (The owner of Ale Asylum was the former brewer at the Angelic.)

The Angelic generally has friendly service and "good-for-a-bar" food. The service at the bar, however, is notoriously slow.

On Thursday nights the Angelic has a DJ-led dance that attracts hoards of East coast (coastie) girls who look like they're fourteen years old. Plan accordingly.
