  1. Alice in Dairyland is Wisconsin's agricultural ambassador. Based out of Madison (she's employed by the State Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection) she travels throughout the state, nation and world to promote Wisconsin products and to educate about the many facets of the state's agricultural industry. The program started in 1948 is currently on their 60th Alice in Dairyland. (A new candidate is chosen each year.)
