  1. 100 Wisconsin Avenue is the name of the building that was erected in 2005, which is located at the same address that the name bears. The first four floors are dedicated to office space. Notable businesses that operate there are Town Bank and Great Wolf Resorts. The top eight floors are dedicated to luxury condominiums, all of which were fully customized to the tastes of the original owners. The building is located on the north end of the Capitol Square, giving the residents who face Mifflin Street spectacular views of the capitol building. From the other sides of the building you can catch great views of Lake Mendota.
