  1. A popular nickname for the students and faculty of the North Side's Logan High School, which was built on top of the local marsh. Every year the school sinks in a little bit into the "swamp" on top of which it's located. This is a term usually employed by the cross-town rivals the Red Raiders of La Crosse Central High School.
