  2. Losey Blvd. makes up the backbone of La Crosse's South Side. Often referred to as simply "Losey" (pronounced LOH-zee, not LOO-zee), the street creates the north-south axis that facilitates travel through the South Side, and toward the North Side via Hwy 16. The only bad thing: you're pretty much obligated to take Losey in rush hour because La Crosse's side streets going north-south are ridden with stop signs.
