  1. Does Fitchburg have an official term to refer to its residents? My informal research of resident came up with nothing official. I called the City of Fitchburg and the nice lady stated that there was nothing official. However, the consensus in her office seemed to think Fitchburger was a pretty good name. Unless I hear differently, that seem pretty official. Fitchburg residents are called Fitchburgers.
