  1. Located at the former site of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum was created to remember those that were killed, injured or forever changed by the tragic 1995 bombing. The memorial is comprised of several parts (Reflecting Pool, Survior Wall, Survivor Tree, Gates of Time, Rescuers' Orchard, Children's Area and Fence), the most important being the field of 168 chairs that each represent a life that was lost on that day.
