1 Definition
  1. No, this does not refer to messing your pants, rather it refers to a Kentucky delicacy. The Hot Brown is an open-faced sandwich of turkey and bacon, covered in Mornay sauce and baked or broiled until the bread is crisp and the sauce begins to brown. Many places include a tomato. There are many variations, but this is the original as served in Louseville’s Brown Hotel from whence the Hot Brown got it’s name. If you see one on a menu order it if you do not have a history of heart problems. Posted by: B-Diddy on Apr 22, 2008 (0) (0)
