  1. This is an annual June event in Eagle that includes, among many events, a rodeo, local craft/food vendors, carnival, antique car show, wet and wild parade (fire trucks engage in water fights with the crowd) and the largest Rocky Mountain Oyster feed (aka cow nuts) west of the Mississippi! The local fire department sponsors the latter, cooks them up and serves them. If you've never tried them before, they sing a song about you being a "virgin" before you experience the tasty batter- fried specialty! Great fun for all attending!
