  1. Horsetooth Rock is located in the aptly named Horsetooth Mountain Park and the most noteable geologic feature near Fort Collins, CO.

    The hike to the rock and back is about 6 miles with an elevation gain of 1,700 feet. You will feel it, you will feel it even more as you mumble obscenities under your failing breath at the jerk who passes you at a run. Yeah...like any "normal" person could do that.
