  1. Slang term used to refer to Ft. Collins and it's "fun" atmosphere. My guess would be that it's use became popular as CSU competed with CU to be named a party school.

    In August 2006 Money Magazine named Ft. Collins as #1 on its "America's Best Place To Live" list. What's funner than that?
